Philadelphia Police Conduct Extensive Enforcement Operation in Somerset

PHILADELPHIA, PA—In a significant enforcement blitz, the Philadelphia Police Department’s East Service detail and the KPD achieved remarkable results on Tuesday in the 1800 block of Somerset. The operation led to the towing of 37 cars and three motorcycles, the issuance of over 60 parking tickets, and the recovery of a firearm.

Additionally, the crackdown resulted in the closure of four stores and the sealing of four houses, with nine lots being cleared. The extensive efforts by the police are part of ongoing measures to address community safety and regulatory compliance in the area.
