Wilkes-Barre Police Arrest Man on Drug Paraphernalia Charges

Wilkes-Barre, PA — On August 4, at 1:00 p.m., Wilkes-Barre City Police arrested Joseph White, 48, on Brown Street for possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers responded to reports of a wanted individual walking in the area.

Upon arrival, officers confirmed White had an active arrest warrant issued by the Luzerne County Sheriff’s Department. He was taken into custody, and a search revealed drug paraphernalia in his possession.

White was transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility (LCCF). The case is under further investigation, and additional details may be released as they become available.
