PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is urgently requesting the public’s help in locating 12-year-old Samaad Sims, who has been missing since midnight on August 10, 2024. Samaad was last seen leaving his residence on the 4900 block of N. Uber Street.
Described as a Black male, Samaad weighs approximately 75 pounds and has a brown complexion, brown eyes, and black hair. Unfortunately, there is no current description of his clothing available.
Authorities are deeply concerned for his safety and are asking anyone with information regarding Samaad’s whereabouts to immediately contact the Central Detectives Division at 215-686-3093 or dial 911.
