GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in an inappropriate touching incident at the Target store on Cross Keys Road. The suspect, seen in surveillance footage, allegedly touched a female customer from behind before fleeing the scene on a bicycle.
According to Gloucester Township Police, the suspect exited the store into the vestibule where their bicycle was parked. As they rode out of the vestibule, the suspect reportedly committed the act and then left the area, riding a wheelie toward Williamstown Road.
Authorities believe the same individual may be connected to at least two other similar incidents in the area. The police have released a video of the suspect, asking anyone with information to come forward.
