WILKES-BARRE, PA — A 43-year-old city man was arrested early Thursday morning after allegedly striking a woman multiple times during a domestic dispute at a residence on Bank Street, according to the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to the scene around 2:21 a.m. following a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, they made contact with a 38-year-old female victim who reported that Junior Ermilus had arrived at her residence intoxicated, leading to a verbal altercation.
