TOWSON, Md. — Baltimore County Police have launched a homicide investigation following the death of a 20-year-old man who was shot last week in Halethorpe.
Officers responded to a reported shooting around 6:55 p.m. on Wednesday in the area of Hollins Ferry Road and Lansdowne Road, ZIP code 21227. Upon arrival, they located Tyler Tunstalle, who had sustained injuries during the incident.
Tunstalle was transported to a nearby hospital, where he remained in critical condition for several days. He was pronounced dead on Monday, May 19, according to Baltimore County Police.
Police have not announced any arrests or identified any suspects in connection with the shooting. The motive behind the incident remains under investigation.
