Juvenile shot and killed Thursday in Northeast Philadelphia, no arrests made

PHILADELPHIA, PA — A juvenile male was fatally shot Thursday evening in Northeast Philadelphia, and police are asking for the public’s help as they search for a suspect.

The shooting occurred at approximately 6:55 p.m. in the 6300 block of Revere Street, within the 15th District. According to the Philadelphia Police Department, the victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body.

He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:40 p.m.

No arrests have been made and investigators have not identified a motive in the case. The Homicide Unit is leading the ongoing investigation.
