CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — A Pennsylvania Lottery player has won a $2,774,353 jackpot in the July 11 Cash 5 with Quick Cash drawing, lottery officials announced Monday.
The winning ticket, which matched all five numbers — 11, 13, 19, 31, and 41 — was sold at Sheetz, located at 5346 Greenvillage Road in Chambersburg. The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
The prize, subject to applicable withholding, is one of the largest Cash 5 with Quick Cash jackpots awarded this year. As of Monday, the winner has not yet come forward. Lottery officials will not confirm the winner’s identity until the ticket is claimed and validated.
In addition to the jackpot winner, more than 47,800 other tickets won prizes in the same drawing.
Players have one year from the drawing date to claim the main Cash 5 prize. Quick Cash prizes must be claimed within one year of the purchase date. Officials urge ticket holders to check all tickets and follow up with the nearest Lottery office or call 1-800-692-7481 for claim instructions.
