Woman charged after domestic incident involving brick and assault in Utica

UTICA, N.Y. — A 37-year-old woman was arrested following a domestic-related incident Wednesday on the 2100 block of Sunset Avenue, where she allegedly threw a brick through a vehicle’s windshield and punched another individual, Utica Police said.

Robin Sullivan of New York Mills was located shortly after by the New Hartford Police Department following a BOLO alert and was transferred into Utica Police custody.

She has been charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

A New York Mills woman was arrested after allegedly damaging a vehicle and assaulting someone during a domestic dispute in Utica.
