Latino Food Truck Festival brings wine, music and fireworks to Millstone winery

NEW EGYPT, N.J. — The Latino Food Truck Festival opened Saturday at Laurita Winery, drawing crowds for a weekend of wine tasting, live music, and Latin flavors from a lineup of mobile food vendors.

Running August 2 and 3, the event transforms the winery grounds into a culinary celebration, with food trucks serving dishes alongside Laurita’s wine offerings. Entry includes a souvenir Laurita wine glass for every visitor over 21.

Guests can enjoy live music throughout the day, with Latin DJ sets between acts. Saturday’s festivities are capped off with a fireworks display, scheduled for after sundown.

“This family fun-filled day of relaxing takes place on the grounds of Laurita Winery — a great place to enjoy outstanding wines with friends and family,” organizers noted.

The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $13 online or $15 at the gate. Children and guests under 21 are admitted free.

Food options span traditional and modern Latin cuisines, drawing large lines as families gathered for the winery’s signature summer weekend.

Wine, Latin beats, and fireworks highlight this two-day event in the heart of New Jersey wine country.
