Cumberland, MD – A 47-year-old woman was arrested Saturday afternoon after officers found her inside a condemned property on Pulaski Street that was clearly posted with warnings prohibiting entry.
Around 12:00 p.m., officers with the Cumberland Police Department responded to a complaint of trespassing and discovered Lisa Flor Breiterman inside the building. The residence had been officially marked by the City of Cumberland as “Uninhabitable for Human Habitation” and displayed “No Trespassing” signage.
Breiterman was taken into custody at the scene and issued a citation for trespassing on posted property. She was later released pending a trial date in District Court.
Police did not disclose why Breiterman had entered the condemned building or how long she had been inside.
