Stafford, VA – Stafford County deputies responded to two separate larceny incidents on Tuesday evening, including a high-value theft from a Kohl’s store and a missing wallet reported after a visit to Chipotle.
At approximately 7:32 p.m., Deputy R.W. Stamm was dispatched to Kohl’s at 1220 Stafford Market Place, where store staff reported a female suspect stole more than $600 worth of merchandise from the Sephora section. Surveillance footage captured clear images of the suspect, aiding the ongoing investigation.
Just a few hours later, at 10:18 p.m., Deputy D.S. Jett responded to a report from a woman who realized her wallet was missing after picking up food from Chipotle on South Gateway Drive. She told deputies she went straight home after placing her order and believes the wallet may have been taken during that brief window. The case remains under investigation.
