Sienna the brindle pup with “bunny ears” waits for forever home in Jackson
JACKSON, NJ – A 4-year-old brindle dog named Sienna is ready for adoption at the Northern Ocean County Animal Facility, where staff say she has transformed from shy and reserved to affectionate and full of personality.
Known for her tall, bunny-like ears and playful hops when excited, Sienna has won over the hearts of shelter workers. She enjoys her daily walks, eagerly exploring her surroundings, and already knows basic commands such as “sit.” Staff say she’s highly trainable and food-motivated, making her eager to learn more.
Sienna is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. While still uncertain around other dogs and cats, she is recommended for homes with children over 10 and a family willing to continue her training.

The shelter is open daily from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for visitors interested in meeting Sienna. The facility is located at 615 Freemont Avenue in Jackson.
