BALTIMORE, MD — A 38-year-old woman turned up at a local hospital early Thursday morning with a gunshot wound, prompting an Eastern District shooting investigation, police said.

Officers were called to the hospital around 12:24 a.m. on August 21, where they found the woman being treated for a non-life-threatening injury. Detectives have not yet determined where the shooting took place or the circumstances surrounding it.
