WASHINGTON, DC – A midday robbery in Northwest Washington has triggered a search for a suspect captured on surveillance video, after a victim was targeted on the sidewalk and had their belongings snatched in an unprovoked encounter.
The incident occurred on Sunday, August 17, around 12:44 p.m. in the 1600 block of Fuller Street NW. According to police, the suspect approached the victim, forcibly grabbed their property, and fled the scene on foot.
