Double Shooting Rocks Philadelphia Neighborhood; One Critical

Philadelphia, PA – Police are investigating a shooting Tuesday evening that left two men wounded near North 11th Street.

The gunfire erupted around 7:37 p.m. in the 700 block of N. 11th Street, authorities said. A 25-year-old man was struck multiple times and rushed to Jefferson Center City Hospital, where he remains in critical condition. A second victim, a 19-year-old man, was shot once in the body and is in stable condition.

No arrests have been made, and investigators said no weapon has been recovered. The case is being handled by the department’s Shooting Investigation Group.
