Chester woman wins $115,599 Lotto Virginia jackpot after daily play pays off
CHESTER, VA – A Chester woman who played Lotto Virginia every day has won a jackpot worth $115,599, according to the Virginia Lottery.
The winner, identified as Sabrina Miller, is retired and plans to use the money for home improvements, a vacation, and personal enjoyment.
Lotto Virginia is an online instant game available through the Virginia Lottery app and website. The jackpot grows as more people play, with overall odds of winning a prize set at 1 in 5.06.
Virginia Lottery officials reported that all profits benefit K-12 education. In Fiscal Year 2025, the Lottery raised more than $901 million for public schools across the state, making up about 10 percent of Virginia’s K-12 education budget. Chesterfield County received over $43 million in Lottery funds last fiscal year.
