Man on the run after allegedly giving cops fake identity

Wilkes-Barre police seek man wanted for false identification to law enforcement

WILKES-BARRE, PA – Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with providing false identification to law enforcement.

Authorities identified the suspect as 46-year-old Eliud Perez, who is described as 5’6” tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

According to a wanted bulletin issued through the Pennsylvania Justice Network (JNET), Perez is wanted on charges of false identification to law enforcement. The poster includes multiple photographs of Perez to assist in identification.

The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department is leading the search and has released a contact number for information related to Perez’s whereabouts.
