Suitland couple wins $100,000 Mega Multiplier prize and plan to invest for the future

SUITLAND, MD – A couple from Suitland claimed a $100,000 top prize in the Maryland Lottery FAST PLAY Mega Multiplier game and say they plan to turn the windfall into an investment for the future.

The anonymous winners, who chose the nickname “Happy Couple,” bought two $10 FAST PLAY Mega Multiplier tickets on August 30 at the Royal Farms store located at 5200 Auth Road in Camp Springs. One of those tickets hit for $100,000. The store will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

After verifying the ticket using the Maryland Lottery app, the couple discussed possible ways to enjoy the prize, including travel, before deciding to invest the money so it can grow.
