Wilkes-Barre, PA – City police are asking for the public’s help in identifying an individual wanted for questioning in connection with recent property tagging incidents.

Authorities released a photo of the person on Thursday and said they are attempting to speak with them as part of the investigation. Police did not specify the exact locations of the tagging but confirmed the incidents involved damage to local properties.
