Man stabbed to death inside Brooklyn apartment, another man injured

Brooklyn, NY – A 67-year-old man was fatally stabbed Friday night during a violent encounter inside a Brooklyn apartment that also left another man injured, police said.

Officers rushed to 11000 Flatlands Avenue in the confines of the 69th Precinct at about 10:39 p.m. after a 911 call reported an assault. Inside, they found Hector Reinoso-Perez, 67, with a stab wound to the torso, and a 41-year-old man suffering from a slash wound to the hand.

Reinoso-Perez, who lived on Pennsylvania Avenue in Brooklyn, was taken by EMS to One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The second man was treated at the scene and did not require hospitalization.

No arrests have been made, and detectives are continuing their investigation into the deadly attack.
