PHILADELPHIA, PA – A woman has been reported missing in Philadelphia since Wednesday. The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 26-year-old missing person Erica Harvey.
On Wednesday, April 13th, 2021, at 7:00 A.M., she was last seen on the 7x block of Manheim St.
She is 5’5”, 135 lbs., thin build, brown complexion, black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black shirt and tights.
