BALTIMORE, MD – The Baltimore Police Department has arrested 29-year-old Isaiah Jewel for the July 7th shooting of a 33-year-old man on Kenwood Avenue.
According to police, at around 3:36 pm. Jewel shot the man multiple times. The victim was rushed to the hospital and was taken into surgery and ultimately survived the attack.
Jewel was arrested on Friday and charged with first-degree attempted murder.
