32 Year Old Man Swerves into Pole While Drunk Driving, Texting, Police Say

JACKSON-On July 11, at approximately 11:30 pm Officer Travisano responded to a motor vehicle crash on East Veterans Highway, near the intersection of Dunhill Road. The driver indicated he picked up his cellular phone and while texting, swerved off the roadway, into a utility pole. After investigating the incident, Officer Travisano arrested the 32 year old driver from Jackson for driving under the influence.
