NEW YORK, NY – New York City Police are trying to identify a man who they say attacked and struck a 70-year-old woman with an unidentified object. The incident happened at 310 East 14 Street in the 9th precinct. Police said the individual struck the 70-year-old victim in her head with an unknown object.
