NEW YORK CITY, NY – A grand larceny incident was reported at a church located at 268 Wadsworth Avenue, as per the New York City Police Department. The incident occurred on Tuesday, around 3:00 pm.
An unidentified female suspect entered the church and engaged with a 76-year-old woman.
During their interaction, the suspect deceitfully removed the victim’s wallet and then fled southbound on Wadsworth Avenue towards West 186th Street.
The suspect has a medium complexion and was last noted wearing a black and white hat and a black jacket.
