WASHINGTON, DC—The D.C. Metro Police Department is urgently seeking assistance to locate 13-year-old Jacob Hart, who was last seen Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM in the 2400 block of South Dakota Avenue in Northeast, D.C.
Police describe Jacob as a black male with a medium brown complexion, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 100 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
He was last observed wearing khaki pants, a black hooded sweatshirt featuring white writing, and black, burgundy, and white Nike high-top sneakers.
