BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Police are searching for two individuals involved in a robbery that took place on Monday, August 19, 2024, in Brooklyn. The incident occurred at approximately 9:25 p.m., when two unidentified suspects approached a 20-year-old male victim and forcibly took his cellphone while demanding money.
The suspects reportedly simulated a firearm during the robbery before fleeing the scene on a moped to an unknown location. The victim did not sustain any injuries.
The first suspect is described as a male, approximately 30 years old, with a slender build, medium complexion, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt. The second suspect is described as a female, approximately 20 years old, with a medium build and medium complexion. She was last seen wearing a green t-shirt and dark-colored shorts.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
