ROCKY HILL, Conn. — A Connecticut Lottery player from Rocky Hill has claimed a $50,000 prize on the $4,000,000 Fortune scratch-off game, according to official lottery records posted Tuesday.
David W. purchased the winning ticket at Our Way in Rocky Hill. The ticket was part of the $4,000,000 Fortune game, which offers players a chance at multiple top-tier prizes and a variety of five-figure wins for a $30 entry price.
The win was confirmed on June 24. The Connecticut Lottery has not released additional details about the ticket or the winner’s plans.
The $4,000,000 Fortune game remains one of the state’s higher-stakes offerings, with top prizes reaching into the millions and several six-figure prizes still available.
