KITTANNING, Pa. — A lucky Pennsylvania Lottery player is holding a $1 million-winning 200X the Cash Scratch-Off ticket sold in Armstrong County, officials announced Thursday.

The winning ticket was purchased at Liberated Petroleum Kittanning, located at 173 Butler Road in West Kittanning Borough. The retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the top-prize ticket.

The 200X the Cash game costs $20 and features top prizes of $1 million, with odds and prize details available on the Pennsylvania Lottery’s website and app.

Lottery officials reminded winners to sign the back of their ticket immediately and call the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 to claim their prize. Scratch-Off prizes expire one year from the game’s end-sale date posted online.

Lottery urges prize claims and responsible play

The Lottery emphasized that Scratch-Off tickets are distributed randomly, and neither the Lottery nor retailers know where winning tickets will be sold until a prize is claimed.

All prizes over $5,000 are subject to applicable withholding under state and federal tax laws.

Players can visit palottery.com for details on prize claims, odds of winning, and resources for traditional and online games.

Liberated Petroleum Kittanning has not announced any plans for its bonus earned from selling the winning ticket.
