Police searching for missing 15-year-old last seen in Whiting
WHITING, NJ — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding 15-year-old Joseph Johnson, who was last seen Sunday afternoon in the Laurel Place area of Whiting and may now be in Toms River, according to Manchester Township Police.
Joseph was reported missing around 1 p.m. on August 24. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, white and blue sneakers, and carrying a black backpack. Investigators believe he is traveling on foot.
Police said multiple steps have already been taken in the search but his location remains unknown.
