TOMS RIVER, NJ – In an oath of allegiance to the McGuckin faction of the Toms River Republican party, James Quinlisk and David Ciccozzi were sworn in as members of the Toms River Township Council by Assemblyman Greg McGuckin. McGuckin’s pay to play law firm, Dasti, Murphy and McGuckin also serves as the head of the Toms River Township legal department. McGuckin’s firm paid thousands of dollars to the political campaign of Ciccozzi and Quinlisk.

The two men replace Democrats Laurie Huryk and Terrance Turnbach on the Toms River Council. Turnbach lost his bid for re-election in November and Huryk did not run for re-election.
