MANCHESTER, PA – A Manchester man, Anthony Estavon Fernandez, 26, of Manchester, was convicted yesterday afternoon of Aggravated Indecent Assault, Corruption of Minors and two counts of Indecent Assault. Judge Ness ordered that a Sexual Offender Assessment be completed prior to sentencing on August 31st.
