LITITZ BOROUGH, PA – Mark Allen Andrews, 61, of Lititz, is facing charges of strangulation and simple assault. The Lititz Borough Police Department (LBPD) responded to a residence on the 000 block of East Front Street on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, around 10:25 pm for a domestic violence incident. It was alleged that Andrews assaulted an adult female, applying pressure to her neck.
The woman sustained non-life-threatening injuries. An arrest warrant was issued, and Andrews was apprehended and transported to Lancaster County Central Booking on Friday. A preliminary hearing is scheduled. Andrews is presumed innocent.
