Duquesne Shooting Leaves One Man in Critical Condition

DUQUESNE, PA – Late last Sunday, Duquesne Police responded to a shooting incident on the 2700 block of Duquesne Place Drive. A male victim was discovered at the scene with a gunshot wound to the face and promptly transported to a nearby hospital. His condition is critical.

Investigators from the Allegheny County Police Homicide Unit, called in by Duquesne Police for assistance, identified the shooter as 33-year-old Bradley Middlebrook of Braddock.

Charges against Middlebrook include aggravated assault, criminal attempt homicide, and carrying a firearm without a license. Currently, Middlebrook remains at large.

Middlebrook, a black male of 5’8″ and roughly 160 pounds, is known to frequent both Duquesne and Braddock.

The public is warned that Middlebrook is potentially armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Instead, anyone who spots him should contact 9-1-1 immediately.
