BENSALEM, PA – The Bensalem Police Department is investigating a fatal incident involving a 14-year-old pedestrian that occurred last Thursday, July 6, at approximately 10:15 pm. The incident occurred on the 3900 Block of Street Road West, before the Route 1 overpass.
According to reports, two juvenile males were crossing the street when a dark gray 4-door sedan, possibly a Honda, swerved out of the left lane to avoid the first juvenile but may have hit the second juvenile. The second juvenile was subsequently struck by a silver Hyundai Tucson. The driver of the Hyundai stayed at the scene, but the sedan left the area before police arrived.
