PHILADELPHIA, PA – Michael DiMauro, a member of the Warlocks motorcycle gang, was convicted of the murder of David Rossillo, Jr., 33 years old, who was last seen in December 2017.

The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office Homicide and Non-Fatal Shootings Unit, led by District Attorney Larry Krasner, confirmed the conviction on all charges, including First Degree Murder, Conspiracy, Abuse of Corpse, and related firearm offenses. The jury reached their verdict after a few hours.

Investigators found that DiMauro encountered Rossillo, an aspiring Warlocks member, at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Southwest Philadelphia. Aided by a co-conspirator from the cemetery’s nonprofit board, DiMauro fatally shot Rossillo multiple times. Rossillo’s body was then dragged to a crypt using a vehicle, where it was hidden. Two witnesses confirmed DiMauro’s role in the crime.

On April 3, 2020, investigators located the crypt and not only found Rossillo but also Keith Palumbo, 36, a Delaware County musician. Both bodies were identified through DNA in August 2020. DiMauro was apprehended the subsequent month.

Michael DeLuca, another gang member, was arrested in 2021, pleading guilty to Third Degree Murder for Palumbo’s death this year. Three more co-conspirators admitted guilt in aiding to hide the bodies.
