Woman Assaulted and Robbed at Laurel ATM

LAUREL, MD – On Sunday, at around 11:40 a.m., officers were called to the scene of a robbery at the 3400 block of Laurel Fort Meade Road.

As the victim was using the ATM, a male suspect, described as black with a beard, clad in a light blue shirt, blue shorts, and tennis shoes, assaulted her.

The assailant forcefully took the cash the victim had just withdrawn and fled east on Laurel Fort Meade Road in a silver sedan.

The victim sustained minor injuries due to the incident.
