Do You Recognize Them? NYPD Seeking Suspects in Multiple Violent Queens Robberies

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking public assistance in identifying suspects involved in a series of robberies in Queens. Three incidents have been reported, with the first occurring on November 5, 2023.

A 64-year-old male was robbed of his car keys and vehicle, a 2004 Toyota Highlander, at 40-12 12th Street, Queensbridge North Houses. The robbery took place around 8:20 PM. The victim was unharmed, and the vehicle was later found at 42-22 22nd Street.

On November 7, at approximately 3:30 AM, a 63-year-old female was approached by two individuals who demanded her car keys at 41-12 12th Street, Queensbridge South Houses. The suspects fled on foot, and the victim was not injured.

Later the same day, around 8:38 PM, a 70-year-old male was attacked inside 40-04 Vernon Boulevard, Queensbridge North Houses. The suspect attempted to rob him and kicked him in the face, resulting in minor injuries.

The first suspect is described as a male with a medium complexion and slim build, last seen in a black hooded sweatshirt with “AC DC” in red lettering, blue jeans, and black and white sneakers. The second suspect is a male with a dark complexion and slim build, seen in a blue t-shirt, blue jeans, and red and white sneakers.
