BRONX, NY – An off-duty New York City Police Department Sergeant was arrested early Friday morning, facing serious allegations.
*Sergeant Brian Raghoenathsingh, 33, was taken into custody around 1:37 AM within the 45th Precinct of the Bronx. He faces charges of driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusing to take a breath test.
