Troopers Arrest Chicago Pair for Felony Shoplifting
Delaware State Police arrested Fabian Jaworski, 35, and Sandra Zelinska, 34, both of Chicago, Illinois, for felony shoplifting on Wednesday.
The arrest followed an incident at Lowe’s on Hessler Boulevard in New Castle around 11:12 a.m. The suspects had reportedly stolen merchandise valued at over $4,000. Jaworski and Zelinska were found and apprehended at Dunkin’ Donuts in Wilmington shortly thereafter. The stolen goods included items taken from Lowe’s on East Songsmith Drive in Bear and the Hessler Boulevard location. J
aworski was charged with various offenses and taken to Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on an $8,000 cash bond. Zelinska faced similar charges and was committed to Delores J. Baylor Correctional Institution under the same bond amount.
