Accidental Gunshot Reported at King of Prussia Plaza

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA – Reports of a gunshot at King of Prussia Plaza reached the Upper Merion Police just after 7 pm on Tuesday.

Officers were dispatched to the scene and ascertained that there was no ongoing threat to mall visitors.

Initial findings suggest the gunshot was a result of an accidental firearm discharge.

No injuries were reported. The investigation continues as officers remain on site.
