SPRING HILL, FL – A Fox Chapel Middle School student has been charged with battery against a school employee and taken to jail. Police say a male student walked over and punch a female student in the arm. A school official attempted to intervene. The student grabbed the school discipline form from the school employee and ripped it up. The student took the school employee’s phone as she attempted to call for help. The student also took the school employee’s handheld radio as she tried to radio for help. The school employee was eventually able to call for help – The student was charged with Battery on School Employee and transported to the jail
