TOMS RIVER, NJ – Shoppers looking to stretch their holiday budgets will find relief at ALDI this year, as the grocer announced it will offer a full Thanksgiving meal for 10 people for just $40 — the lowest price yet for the retailer’s annual holiday feast.
The deal includes a 14-pound turkey and ingredients for nine traditional side dishes, all without the need for coupons or memberships.
Company officials said the offering underscores ALDI’s continued mission to make the holidays more affordable as food prices rise nationwide.
Key Points
- ALDI’s Thanksgiving meal for 10 costs $40, or $4 per person
- Includes turkey, nine sides, and dessert with 21 total items
- Available in stores and online from Oct. 15 through Dec. 24
A tradition of affordability
“For years, ALDI has led the nation on the lowest Thanksgiving meal price,” said Atty McGrath, CEO of ALDI U.S. “Saving our shoppers money is our mission every day – but it’s especially important during the holidays when they need it most.”
The $40 feast includes everything needed for a classic spread: a 14-pound turkey, stuffing, rolls, mashed potatoes with gravy, mac and cheese, cranberry sauce, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, and pumpkin pie.
Groceries made simple and budget-friendly
Chief Customer Officer Scott Patton said ALDI’s “price leadership is part of our DNA,” adding that the company wants families to celebrate without compromise. “The holidays are when our commitment to value really shines,” Patton said.
Recent data show grocery costs continue to rise across major food categories, making ALDI’s price drop particularly timely. The grocer says families who shop exclusively at ALDI can save up to $4,000 a year on groceries.
Convenient shopping options
The discounted Thanksgiving meal can be purchased in stores or ordered online through curbside pickup and delivery services such as Instacart, Uber Eats, and DoorDash. The promotion runs from October 15 through December 24, giving shoppers ample time to plan their menus.
With the full meal priced at less than a pumpkin spice latte per person, ALDI’s latest holiday offering reinforces its reputation for providing big savings on even the biggest meals of the year.
