Allegheny County Police Investigate Two-Vehicle Collision on Steen Road

COLLIER, PA – The Allegheny County Police Department’s Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating a two-vehicle collision that occurred at approximately 11:37 a.m. on Saturday.

The incident took place in the 900 block of Steen Road, involving a Mercedes SUV and a Chevy pickup truck.

First responders found that the pickup truck was leaving Trader Jacks Flea Market when it was struck by the SUV. The adult male driver of the pickup truck was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.

The other driver and passengers involved in the collision were treated at the scene and released.

The Collision Reconstruction Unit has initiated an investigation into the incident. Anyone with information concerning this collision is asked to call the County Police Tip Line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS. Callers have the option to remain anonymous.
