Mattapan, MA – Officers arrested Robin Allen, 62, of Mattapan, on larceny charges on a Wednesday evening.
The arrest took place after officers observed Allen taking packages from a residence on River Street without living there. Allen was charged and arraigned in Dorchester District Court for larceny from a building and trespassing.
