BAKER COUNTY, FL – Johnny Ray Burnham Sr., 70, has been arrested on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior, specifically the molestation of a victim under 12 years of age.
The Baker County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) began its investigation on November 30 after receiving reports of the molestation involving a young victim. The suspect, identified as Burnham, was apprehended following a detailed investigation by BCSO detectives.
Burnham was taken into custody at his residence on December 18. He is currently held at the Baker County Detention Center with a bond set at $300,000.
