BALTIMORE, MD – On December 4, 2020, at approximately 6:40 p.m., a Northern District patrol officer was traveling in the 5400 block of York Road when he observed an adult male collapse on the sidewalk. The officer immediately came to the victim’s aid and observed the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Medics arrived on the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital where his condition is unknown at this time.
