PATERSON, NJ – North Jersey Democrat Congressman Bill Pascrell (CD-9) has defeated his challenger, Republican Billy Prempeh by a more than two-to-one margin tonight. With 51% of votes counted, Pascrell had 122,964 votes to Prempeh’s 56,113 votes.
