Brooklyn man shot and killed inside Dorchester Road apartment overnight, suspect in custody

BROOKLYN, N.Y. – A 24-year-old man was shot and killed early Sunday morning inside an apartment building on Dorchester Road, authorities said.

Officers found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso after responding to a 911 call around 2:07 a.m.

He was rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead.
